& No Show Policy

To ensure we can continue providing excellent service we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you fail to show up or cancel within 24 hours a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

This fee is necessary to cover the cost of Staff who were scheduled to care for your dog.

The $50 fee must be paid either on the day of the cancellation or over the phone before your are eligible to re book.
